  1. What is the shipping policy of Farid corporation?

    We provide the facility of cash on delivery to our customers all over Pakistan. Customers from Rawalpindi and Islamabad also treated with same rule. We deliver the goods only through courier service. Customers will have to pay the amount in advance if their orders exceed Rs 5000. Customers will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and account details will be communicated then. Delivery timing is generally 2 to 5 days. ( No delivery on Sunday). However delivery can take up to 6 days due to workload. Don't receive the parcel if you find the packing is opened or torn.

  1. What is the procedure of return and exchange?

    Return and exchange policy There is no warranty on China items. However, we check the items before shipping it to customers. We check all the items whether it is Chinese or Pakistani before shipping it to our honorable customers. Pakistani items have a guaranty. If customers don’t like the product or find some fault in the locally made products they can return it to us. Simply go to the download section and download the return and exchange form. Fill it and insert it into the flyer. We will change the product or we can return the amount to a customer on their demand.   1. How to clean Limescale from the faucet?

    Wrap a cotton cloth covered in vinegar around your faucet. Keep it there for 3 hours and wipe down the surface when you're done. (Vinegar and baking soda can also be combined to make a paste for scrubbing calcium deposits ). After 3 hours wash the faucet with Soap or Shampoo. and at last, clean it with the help of a Glass cleaner. Your faucet will be new as unused.
